1. Who we are

2. Data we collect

• Contact form data. When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, and the optional company, budget, timeline, and project details you provide. We use this solely to respond to your inquiry and prepare a proposal.
• Usage analytics. We use Vercel Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics service that does not track you across sites. If Google Analytics is enabled, it loads only after you accept analytics cookies via our consent banner, and IP addresses are anonymized.
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard server logs — including IP address and user agent — for security and abuse prevention.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to respond to inquiries, deliver and improve our services, understand aggregate site usage, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use contact form submissions for marketing without your consent.

4. Processors we rely on

Your data is processed by a small set of infrastructure providers: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Resend (transactional email delivery of contact form submissions), and Google Analytics (only if you opt in via the consent banner). Each processes data under its own data processing terms.

5. Retention

Contact inquiries are retained for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to 24 months afterwards for business records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data is retained per the provider's standard retention windows.

6. Your rights (GDPR & India DPDP)

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the GDPR in the EU/UK and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, withdraw consent, and nominate another person to exercise rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity. To exercise any of these rights, email connect@apphivesolutions.com — we respond within 30 days.

DPDP consent. We process contact and download form data based on your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) load only after you accept via our consent banner.

Grievance officer (India). For complaints under the DPDP Act, contact our grievance officer at connect@apphivesolutions.com with subject "DPDP Grievance". We acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 30 days.

7. International transfers

We are based in India and our infrastructure providers operate globally (primarily in the United States and the EU). Where data crosses borders, our providers rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
